Initially we look to research about you, what motivates you to buy an overseas property and what specifically are you looking for, in either location, lifestyle or overseas property specification. We will then match up your requirements to our existing list of property or contact one of our overseas partners to ensure you have every opportunity to find the property, lifestyle and location you want. We provide as much information as we can before you decide to progress further and we always strongly recommend you visit your desired location and property before agreeing to any purchase. We will help arrange inspection trips and these will be on a one to one basis, with no pressurised selling and tailor made to your needs for that specific trip. We also provide an after sales service to ensure you are fully appraised of the progress of your overseas property purchase through to final completion.
